Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration in Wisconsin
• At least 8 years of civil engineering experience
• 2+ years in project management or supervisory roles
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D and hydrology software preferred
• Relevant U.S.-based work experience

Responsibilities

• Write proposals and secure business opportunities
• Set and manage project budgets while overseeing project execution
• Act as the primary contact for municipal clients
• Coordinate efforts with team members and sub-consultants
• Leverage company resources to expand client base in the Greater Madison area
• Represent the company as a Municipal Engineer to client communities
• Perform additional tasks as required
