General Responsibilities:Lead the planning, direction, and delivery of construction projects while ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction. Manage forecasting, reporting, documentation, and team coordination. Build strong customer relationships, support business development efforts, and mentor project staff.
Essential Duties:- Lead project planning, scheduling, execution, and closeout to meet owner and company goals.
- Manage forecasting, reporting, and accurate project documentation.
- Ensure effective use of processes, technology, and team resources.
- Strengthen client relationships and support new business opportunities.
- Collaborate across departments to achieve project and company objectives.
- Mentor Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, and other team members.
- Represent the company professionally at industry events and networking groups.
- Uphold all safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform additional duties as needed.

Education/Experience:- Minimum 5-10 years experience in design/build, commercial ground-up construction.
- Applicable four-year degree (in architecture, construction management, engineering, or related field) from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience.
