Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in managing substation or utility specific projects, particularly in Mission Critical/Hyperscale Markets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of job cost tracking and estimating software preferred.
• Possession of a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Availability for travel and long-term onsite commitments for substation projects.
• Demonstrated strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with teams, field personnel, and customers.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and grow within the company.

Responsibilities

• Manage a phase of a large, complex project or multiple medium-sized projects ranging from $500K to $20M.
• Oversee all project aspects from initial proposal to completion, ensuring client satisfaction and profitability.
• Emphasize safety performance throughout project execution.
• Coordinate with project teams and field personnel to maintain project timelines.
• Track project progress and budget, ensuring adherence to financial goals.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
