Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, construction management, or related field with 7 years of experience.
• Experience on construction sites or program management in aviation, commercial, energy, government, manufacturing, oil & gas, transmission & distribution, or water is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work overtime on short notice.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software, including document control, scheduling, and cost control.
• Collaborative skills with a multi-disciplinary team environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct engineering projects, ensuring safety, cost, schedule, and quality.
• Follow project review processes and quality control guidelines.
• Establish project teams and coordinate activities across multiple disciplines.
• Solve complex problems using advanced techniques and modify standard procedures as needed.
• Develop and evaluate project plans for major initiatives.
• Assess feasibility of proposed applications when necessary.
• Provide leadership and guidance to less experienced staff and maintain client communication.
