Lead complex mechanical and plumbing construction projects from kickoff to closeout with one of Colorado's top contractors.

What You'll Do- Lead day-to-day project operations, staff coordination, and field execution across assigned projects
- Manage project administration, documentation, contracts, permits, submittals, and closeout requirements to protect RK and client interests
- Own project budgets, schedules, buyout plans, procurement coordination, billing schedules, and monthly contract valuations
- Negotiate and process subcontract agreements, change conditions, change orders, payments, progress billings, and retention receivables
- Ensure projects are properly staffed and monitor labor resource loading, productivity, tools, and rental equipment usage
What You Bring- 10+ years' experience in mechanical project management, preferably with experience over large-scale industrial plumbing construction.
- High degree of creativity, foresight, and mature judgment in anticipating and solving unprecedented complexities
- Ability to determine program objectives and requirements, organize programs and projects, and develop standards and guidelines for diverse activities
- Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
