Project Manager (Mechanical Division)Core Responsibilities- Field Coordination: Coordinate day-to-day field activities across active project sites.
- Team Collaboration: Work directly with field crews, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep projects on schedule.
- Project Support: Support planning, scheduling, procurement, and project documentation.
- Client Representation: Serve as a professional client-facing representative on job sites.
- Technical Review: Review drawings, specs, and mechanical system installation requirements.
- Meeting Attendance: Attend weekly in-office meetings.
Candidate Profile- Experience: 0-7 years of experience in mechanical construction or related fields.
- Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
- Fresh Graduates: Open to fresh graduates or junior-level PM/Assistant PM candidates.
- System Familiarity: Familiarity with HVAC/mechanical systems.
- Software Experience: Procore experience is a strong plus.
- Skills: Strong organization, communication, and follow-through.
- Adaptability: Adaptable, solution-oriented, and enjoys collaborating with field teams.
- IT Skills: IT-comfortable candidates highly valued.
Compensation & Performance- Salary Range: $100,000-$150,000 (DOE)
- Car Allowance: ~$9,000/year
- Gas Card: ~$7,000/year
- Phone Stipend: $40/month
