Position SummaryThe Project Manager is responsible for supporting key marketing initiatives across various teams, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with organizational goals. This role involves managing timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving execution for strategic projects such as brand planning, product launches and portfolio projects.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met for brand planning, launch readiness and other strategic initiatives.
- Support end-to-end planning and execution of project and launch readiness, ensuring successful delivery against business objectives.
- Serve as the central point of coordination across teams, facilitating communication and alignment.
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, proactively working to resolve issues.
- Support cross-functional collaboration by organizing meetings, tracking deliverables, and ensuring clear accountability.
- Provide updates and clear communication to project stakeholders and leadership on project status, challenges, and opportunities for acceleration.
Qualifications & Key Competencies- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3+ years of project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing required.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (i.e., Microsoft Project).
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing processes, including but not limited to promotional material development and regulatory/legal review.
- Launch excellence experience is a plus.
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and drive execution.
- Experience in brand planning is preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational and project management skills.

Minimum $107,718.00 - Maximum $161,000.00, plus incentive opportunity: The range shown represents a typical pay range or starting pay for individuals who are hired in the role to perform in the United States. Other elements may be used to determine actual pay such as the candidate's job experience, specific skills, and comparison to internal incumbents currently in role. Typically, actual pay will be positioned within the established range, rather than at its minimum or maximum. This information is provided to applicants in accordance with states and local laws.
