Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager, Major Capital Projects to lead strategic manufacturing and industrial capital projects across North America. This role offers the opportunity to manage projects from concept through startup while partnering with operations, engineering, procurement, EHS, finance, and executive leadership teams.

Responsibilities
- Lead major capital projects from concept development through detailed design, construction, commissioning, and startup.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and overall project execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Finance, Maintenance, and EHS.
- Manage relationships with EPC/EPCM firms, contractors, consultants, and vendors.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, cost forecasts, budget tracking, and project reporting.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
- Support project planning, front-end loading (FEL), and stage-gate review processes.
- Drive contractor performance and construction site activities to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide regular project updates and presentations to key stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Support commissioning, startup, and project closeout activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- 7+ years of experience managing capital projects within industrial, manufacturing, or process-driven environments.
- Demonstrated experience leading projects from planning through execution and startup.
- Strong understanding of project controls, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
- Experience managing contractors, engineering firms, and external project partners.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to travel up to 30-60%, with increased travel during critical project phases.
