Your main responsibilities
This role is responsible for leading large projects from early sales involvement through award, engineering, procurement, and installation readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in sales efforts for Major Projects as needed.
Lead large projects through financial award and transition them into engineering.
Manage the engagement and transition of large projects from engineering into supply chain.
Partner closely with Project Managers throughout the engineering and procurement phases, with a focus on identifying and addressing areas of concern.
Document process gaps and develop, publish, and enforce best practices based on experience and lessons learned.
Maintain and manage the national major project installation resource schedule.
Oversee and manage major project assets, including installation tools and project-specific equipment.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in:
Quotation management, Cadre, and major project costing.
Resource planning and coordination across large, complex projects.
Supporting sales efforts for Major Projects as needed.
Leading project transitions from award through engineering, supply chain, and installation readiness.

Base Salary $113,400 - $141,700
