6+ years of civil engineering experience in single-family home development/subdivisions.
1+ years of Project Manager experience with technical guidance capability.
MUD District experience is required.
Proficient in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, HEC-HMS, StormCAD or other modeling software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
Manage development of plans and specifications for home/subdivision projects.
Interface with clients as needed to ensure project alignment.
Oversee Engineers and CAD Designers to maintain work quality and accuracy.
Prepare project management reporting to track project progress.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and MUD District requirements.

Interface with clients as needed
Manage the work of Engineers and CAD Designers ensuring the accuracy and quality of the work produced.
