Description
We're growing and looking to add a
Commercial Project Manager to our team. This role can be tailored to experience level, whether you're a seasoned Senior Project Manager or a Project Manager continuing to grow your career. This position will primarily support a mix of
commercial and industrial projects, with opportunities to work on complex, large-scale builds depending on experience.
WHAT WOULD YOU DO AS A COMMERCIAL PROJECT MANAGER?- Lead construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Manage budgets, schedules, and overall project performance
- Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Oversee subcontractor procurement and contract administration
- Identify and manage project risks, changes, and cost impacts
- Ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
- Mentor and support team members (for senior-level candidates)
Requirements
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION NEEDED- 5+ years of construction project management experience (PM level)
- 10+ years for Senior Project Manager consideration
- Experience managing commercial and/or industrial projects
- Background in projects ranging from $10M to $100M+ preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES NEEDED- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Financial acumen with budgets, forecasting, and cost control
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Experience with project management software/tools
