What you will do
Manage and ensure project objectives are successfully delivered
Plan and manage large-scale information technology development and implementation projects to ensure business objectives and stakeholder needs and expectations are met
Work closely with other Tech Leads to ensure the success of the portfolio and the projects
Participate in the development of project management standards and methodologies
At times, business needs arise, and employees are required and agree to work beyond their normal workday or work week to fulfill the accountabilities required for their job
Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span one or multiple lines of business
Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence
Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs
Participate and/or drive vendor selections and proposals for evaluation by appropriate key stakeholders
Develop and manage all aspects of project engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues
Develop and deliver progress reports and presentations to various audiences, including project teams, sponsors, senior leadership and key stakeholders
Manage client and other stakeholder expectations to maintain productive and engaged relationships
Conduct risk analysis to reduce unforeseen obstacles and issues
Deliver appropriate and effective executive level communication
What you bring to the role
University or College Degree in a related field
PMP Certification already obtained
7-8 years of experience in project management
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Excel)

KPMG Ontario Region Pay Range Information
The expected base salary range for this position is $74,000 to $102,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant's base salary within this range is based on the individual's location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
