Essential Tasks for an Industrial Project Manager include:
Estimating
Estimating industrial small projects for all three trades (Plumbing, Pipefitting, and Sheetmetal)
Teaching and mentoring Assistant Project Managers in small project and change order estimating
Proactively assist the Grunau Estimating team with completing larger industrial project estimates
Managing Labor
Forecasting labor hours
Scheduling labor
Communicating and developing positive relationships with the Foremen and Crew
Safety
Perform safety audits to ensure a safe work environment
Communicate safety concerns with Foremen and Crew
Proactively plan for a safe job site from beginning of the project to the end
Sales
Own the relationship with their customers
Actively seek and develop new business relationships
Lead and participate in proposal generation and presentation
Technical Knowledge
Apply a deep knowledge of industrial mechanical systems

Required Education

PAY RANGE: Pay dependent upon level of experience and education. Base Salary + Incentive based on company performance.
