Responsibilities

• Implement multiple Salesforce solutions including Service Cloud and integrated enterprise applications.
• Manage daily project operations from initiation to completion, overseeing planning and resource allocation.
• Monitor and manage project budgets proactively to ensure financial viability.
• Present to and coordinate with executive stakeholders and sponsors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and implement comprehensive communication and training plans to enhance company-wide platform adoption.
