Position Summary:

Provide overall management and direction for mechanical construction projects of 5 million or more.

Hiring Requirements:
  • Bachelor's engineering degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years' experience/knowledge of construction, design, finance, and management required.
  • Working knowledge of structural, mechanical, and electrical civil and building practices and concepts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, ability to make independent decisions and multi-task.
  • Excellent business acumen.
  • Confidence in directing and coordinating staff, subcontractors and consultants.
  • Innovative and effective management techniques to maximize employee performance.
  • Thorough understanding of construction software, corporate and industry practices, processes, standards, etc. and their impact on project activities.
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Office, scheduling software (Primavera, Microsoft Project etc.)
  • CSL or willingness to obtain within one year of hire date.
  • OSHA-30
  • Obtain and maintain a DOT medical card and pass pre-employment drug screen.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid unrestricted Driver's License.
