Position Summary:Provide overall management and direction for mechanical construction projects of 5 million or more.
Hiring Requirements:- Bachelor's engineering degree or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years' experience/knowledge of construction, design, finance, and management required.
- Working knowledge of structural, mechanical, and electrical civil and building practices and concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated organizational skills, ability to make independent decisions and multi-task.
- Excellent business acumen.
- Confidence in directing and coordinating staff, subcontractors and consultants.
- Innovative and effective management techniques to maximize employee performance.
- Thorough understanding of construction software, corporate and industry practices, processes, standards, etc. and their impact on project activities.
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office, scheduling software (Primavera, Microsoft Project etc.)
- CSL or willingness to obtain within one year of hire date.

- Obtain and maintain a DOT medical card and pass pre-employment drug screen.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid unrestricted Driver's License.
