Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, controls, automation engineering, or 10+ years of relevant project management experience.
• In-depth understanding of process control techniques and industry standards in industrial manufacturing.
• Strong grasp of industrial automation, controls technologies, and process control systems.
• Experience leading capital projects and managing multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Ability to read, develop, and interpret engineering drawings (electrical, controls, PFD, P&ID).
• Demonstrated experience with industrial control systems and equipment integration.
• Strong skills in communication, organization, project management, and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital projects for electrical, controls, and automation from initiation to startup across multiple sites.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, scopes, and stakeholder communications for projects up to $50 million.
• Develop technical specifications and strategies for capital expenditure requests and equipment procurement.
• Coordinate efforts among manufacturing sites, engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Maintain and review engineering drawings related to electrical, controls, and utility systems.
• Support upgrades, installations, and infrastructure improvements in automation and facilities.
• Troubleshoot control systems and enhance reliability and performance.
