Opportunity:ENTRUST is currently seeking a
Project Manager to join our team in Calgary to support the project management group. We offer a flexible work environment with a highly experienced technical team, where you will be offered guidance and hands on training and continuously challenged in all aspects of the project execution.
Responsibilities:- Manage projects on an EPCM basis
- Work closely with project team to ensure project deliverables are being met
- Coordinate project engineers, subcontractors, and other business units
- Create client specific weekly and monthly reports
- Regularly review project costs, accruals, and forecasts.
- Create project schedules, risk registers, and execution plans
- Chair project meetings
- Be the main contact for client interactions and requests
- Create estimates and project proposals
Qualifications:- Past experience with project coordination or management
- Minimum 5 years work experience
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a wide spectrum of clients
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives
- Positive attitude, strong client focus and results driven
- Experience in the utility industry
Preferred:- 3 years experience working in either Transmission or Substation utility projects
- Registered, or eligible to be registered, as an P.Eng or P.L.Eng with APEGA
- All rounded and flexible individual with the ability to take ownership of projects and tasks
