Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison with the owner's staff for project management from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with facility user groups for timely input during design and implementation phases.
• Lead project planning, design, and execution while ensuring effective communication and coordination.
• Facilitate and lead meetings with clients, architects, and contractors to maintain strong client relations.
• Oversee project budget management, scheduling, and procurement processes.
• Monitor consultant progress, recommend corrective actions, and maintain project timelines.
• Ensure compliance of design and construction documents with project specifications.
