Full Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to oversee multiple concurrent Division 10 construction projects from pre-construction through completion. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing project schedules, material procurement, field coordination, and client communication in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires strong construction management knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with field crews, vendors, estimators, architects, owners, and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the execution of multiple concurrent Division 10 projects, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget.
  • Identify project risks, including material lead times, coordination conflicts, and code compliance issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and manage shop drawings and technical submittals for architect and owner approval.
  • Source materials and solicit quotes from specialized vendors while ensuring compliance with project specifications.
  • Track material lead times and coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery for installation.
  • Ensure all materials are ordered and received in accordance with project schedules.
  • Collaborate with estimating teams to establish accurate budgets and perform cost analysis for complex bids.
  • Assist with bidding projects as requested by senior staff.
  • Assist with client billing and project administrative documentation as needed.
  • Coordinate material deliveries, staging, and jobsite readiness.
  • Assist field teams with obtaining field measurements prior to material procurement.
  • Collect and review daily reports from field crews to document installation progress.
  • Enforce company safety standards and report any violations to senior staff.
  • Ensure field crews have the tools, equipment, and materials necessary to perform their work efficiently.
  • Maintain consistent communication with field personnel regarding project status and scheduling updates.
  • Provide responsive and professional communication to clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal team members.
  • Conduct all business activities with a high level of professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications

  • Experience in construction project management, preferably within Division 10 specialties or commercial construction.
  • Strong understanding of construction documents, shop drawings, submittals, and procurement processes.
