J Banicki Construction is looking to add a Project Manager with experience in Heavy Civil construction to their team in Phoenix, AZ!

Position Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced heavy civil Project Manager to join our Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of heavy civil projects, from conception to completion. They will collaborate closely with clients, subcontractors, design firms, utility companies, and all stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

What You'll Own

    • Full lifecycle management of heavy civil / heavy highway projects ($10M+)
    • Financial oversight, forecasting, and cost control
    • CPM schedule development and updates (Primavera P6)
    • Change order strategy and negotiations
    • Leadership of Superintendents & Project Engineers
    • Client and stakeholder relationships
    • Risk management and project execution strategy


You'll be accountable for delivering projects safely, on schedule, on budget - and with the level of quality Banicki is known for.
