Overview:

Project Manager & experience Project Architect - Community, Workplace & Government (CWG) markets

Location: Northern California

 

Join HGA's CWG team as an Architectural Project Manager and experienced Project Architect in one of our Northern California offices. We are seeking a highly motivated architectural professional who brings both strong project leadership and technical expertise to successfully deliver projects from concept through completion.

 

As a seasoned practitioner, you will have a minimum of eight (8) years of architectural experience, including project management responsibilities and independent leadership of multiple small to midsize projects. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, team coordination, consultant management, and client communication, while ensuring design excellence and successful project outcomes.

The ideal candidate is an experienced architect who can confidently lead projects, clients, and teams. While new construction experience is preferred, candidates with significant renovation and modernization project experience will also be considered. Beyond technical capabilities, we are seeking a leader who:

In this role you will:

 

Project Leadership

  • Maintain organized and accurate project documentation in line with firm standards. 

 

What you will need to have:

 

  • Professional degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited institution. 
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a project management role. 
  • Architectural licensure preferred or in progress.

Salary Information:

 

The pay range listed aligns to the geography of the office for which this position is posted. Actual compensation will be based upon work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Individuals in this role working more than 24 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in HGA’s robust benefit programs which include an annual bonus and success sharing bonus program, 401(k) guaranteed contribution, paid parental leave, medical, dental and life insurance plans as well as PTO and short- and long-term disability programs. Salary Range: $110,000 - $132,000 depending on location, qualifications and experience.
