8+ years of management experience in Oil & Gas or related industry preferred
Minimum of five years in facility engineering
Proficient in Microsoft Office and PDF Editor; experience with PowerBI and Monday.com is a plus

Full Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform strict adherence to and champion the Halker Project Delivery Process (PDP) for every project assigned
Overall responsibility for coordination of all technical activities on assigned projects
Meet with clients to develop new business and maintain existing business relationships
Responsible to ensure that all assigned personnel are coordinating their activities with other project participants and that the requirements of the contract are being satisfied
Maintain the lead communicator position with client and manage client expectations
Prepare proposals to obtain new project work from new and existing clients
Monitor work for compliance to applicable codes, and accepted engineering practices
Maintain a current project schedule that is updated weekly in conjunction with the project engineering discipline leads
Assume full responsibility for profitability of assigned projects which includes the weekly review and approval of client invoices
Ensure compliance with current budget, A/R, and billing requirements for each of their assigned Clients/projects
Develop project execution plan and identify resource requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Engineering
Ideally 8+ years of management experience in O&G or closely related industry
Minimum of five years facility engineering experience
Software experience including Microsoft Office and PDF Editor; PowerBI and Monday.com a plus
Advanced knowledge of Project Management principles and guidelines
Compensation and Benefits:
Expected base salary range: $150,000/year - $175,000/year. Compensation is negotiable and shall be offered commensurate with experience.
