About Us

Goldenrod is a dynamic and rapidly growing commercial real estate company focused on development, acquisitions, and asset management. We specialize in high-quality, complex commercial projects across hospitality, mixed-use, office, and more. As we continue to expand, we're seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team in Atlanta.

This role is ideal for someone with strong construction management experience-especially in commercial construction-who is interested in transitioning to the owner/developer side of the business. As a Project Manager at Goldenrod, you'll support and manage various phases of development and construction, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, strategically, and to high standards.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage assigned projects, including budgets, schedules, reports, and monthly executive updates.
  • Oversee entitlement and permitting needs and coordinate with city, county, and state agencies.
  • Assist in planning and executing multi-phased development plans to meet time, cost, and quality goals.
  • Draft scopes of work, participate in procurement, and review pricing proposals from design teams, contractors, and vendors.
  • Support project scope, schedule, cost, and quality management through coordination with design and construction partners.
  • Review pay applications, invoices, and contractor change orders; assist in validating and negotiating pricing.
  • Represent Goldenrod in OAC meetings and maintain strong communication with stakeholders.
  • Assist with due diligence for new sites and acquisitions and evaluate cost and schedule impacts.
  • Provide analysis and validation for scope changes related to design progression, unforeseen conditions, or owner-directed changes.


Qualification Requirements

Education & Experience
  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of commercial construction experience
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, cost management, and market pricing trends.
  • Hospitality construction experience highly preferred
