Full Job Description
HRP Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced Environmental Project Manager to join our geology and remediation team in our Farmington or Derby, CT office. The successful candidate will lead a talented team focusing on completion of challenging site characterization and remediation projects.

Job Requirements:
  • We are looking for creative, results driven individuals with strong backgrounds in team management, geology, hydrogeology, geochemistry, environmental science, or related fields
  • Connecticut Licensed Environmental Professional (LEP) or someone on an LEP track preferred
  • BS/MS in Geology, Environmental Engineering, or similar major
  • Minimum 10 years' experience completing environmental investigation and remediation projects in Connecticut
  • Demonstrated success in planning, developing, and executing field investigation/remedial strategies for pollutants in various geologic settings
  • Experience with CT Remediation Standard Regulations and EPA Brownfields programs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in MS Office products
  • Capable of working both independently and in a team environment
  • Self-motivated, energetic professional
  • Previous experience managing and/or directing staff preferred
