[email protected]SUMMARY OF POSITION:Responsible to manage facilities construction projects, maintenance and renewal of the off-campus leased practice sites of the Penn State Hershey Medical Group, and other non-Medical Group leased properties as necessary. Areas of responsibilities include monitoring and standardization of building services, management of lease obligations, regulatory compliance, and environmental health monitoring and contract management.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field.
- Minimum four (4) years experience in the fields of design, carpentry, HVAC, mechanicals, plumbing or electrical required.
