EventEQ is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead live event projects from concept to execution. This role is responsible for coordinating logistics, technical details, staffing, and budgets while serving as the key connection between clients and internal production teams. If you are highly organized, technically minded, and passionate about delivering exceptional live event experiences, this is the role for you.

🌟 What You'll Be Doing
β€’ Coordinate all logistical and technical elements of assigned events
β€’ Conduct site surveys to validate venue logistics, power, and equipment needs
β€’ Respond to client change requests and communicate updates internally
β€’ Manage technical drawings and ensure all departments and clients are aligned
β€’ Work with Logistics to confirm availability of equipment and personnel
β€’ Negotiate substitutions when original requirements are unavailable
β€’ Review formal proposals and issue to clients as required
β€’ Maintain consistent communication with client representatives
β€’ Engage Technical Directors and Managers to quote AVL packages, drawings, and labor
β€’ Compile show books or production manuals including schedules, drawings, and technical data
β€’ Develop grids for large breakout events including equipment, rooms, and support needs
β€’ Meet with meeting planners and producers to strengthen client relationships
β€’ Travel and work on site to ensure continuity between planning and execution
β€’ Maintain awareness of new and existing equipment and technology
β€’ Be a positive advocate of EventEQ's vision, team, and processes
