You as a Project Manager will: - Provide technical engineering guidance to ensure compliance with codes, standards, and design requirements
- Interpret drawings and specifications to support coordinated construction execution
- Support field issue resolution and collaborate with the Project Superintendent on planning, scheduling, and project delivery
- Manage document control (RFIs, submittals, change orders, agreements) and ensure alignment with contract and estimate documents
- Coordinate subcontractors and stakeholders to maintain schedule, resolve issues, and ensure quality execution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Owners and Architects to support project success and repeat business
- Monitor costs, production, and KPIs to ensure accurate reporting, budget adherence, and positive cash flow
- Lead meetings, contribute to business development opportunities, and provide timely reporting to leadership
- Support team development through coaching, performance oversight, and succession planning
Is this the right role for you? - You have a construction related degree/diploma, and 10+ years of construction experience
- Working knowledge of scheduling, project management, and contract software
- Have experience working on complex construction ICI projects
- Ability to support the project team and helping to solve construction issues in a time sensitive situations
- Ability to apply innovative and effective management techniques to maximize employee performance
- Have thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, standards etc. and their impact on project activities vital.
- Have strong communication and interpersonal (tact, diplomacy, influence etc.) skills.
- Have the ability to read, interpret, analyze and forecast a project's cost reports and determine the status of the job in terms of schedule and costing.
- The salary range for this position is between $80,000 - $130,000 CAD
