POSITION OVERVIEWThe
Project Manager owns assigned projects from preconstruction through closeout-leading planning, scheduling, financial performance, field coordination, and client relationships. This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget, and to Dvorak's quality standards. You'll partner closely with field leadership, Project Assistants, subcontractors, and clients to drive successful outcomes while building strong internal teams.
What You'll Do- Lead projects from startup through completion
- Manage schedules, subcontractors, materials, and job costs
- Oversee billing, change orders, and financial performance
- Support field teams with timely communication and planning
- Build strong client relationships and represent Dvorak professionally
- Enforce safety and quality standards across all assigned projects
- Directly supervise Project Assistants and support team development
- Utilize Vista, ProjectSight, and Trimble to maintain job information and reporting
What We're Looking For- 5-7 years in project coordination or electrical field leadership as a Foreman/Lead
- Strong experience with scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration
- Confident communicator and team leader
- Proficiency with construction/project management software
License/Certification- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (required)
- Associate's degree in Construction Management/Engineering OR Journeyman/Master License
- OSHA 10 and First Aid/CPR (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay Range: $90,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year (based upon experience) + bonus opportunity
Work Location: Dundalk Office / Hybrid
