Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or architecture with 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in A/E or EPCM sectors, particularly with cleanrooms, laboratories, biotechnology, or pharmaceuticals.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret technical documents and financial reports.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Project, and industry-related software like Procore and Bluebeam.
• Excellent written and communication skills, with a focus on detail and organization. Local candidates preferred with valid US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Manage small to mid-sized projects or portions of larger ones.
• Establish budgets, propose solutions, and build client relationships.
• Develop and maintain project resource plans and execution strategies.
• Create and manage comprehensive project execution plans, covering scope and schedules.
• Report project status proactively to stakeholders and navigate changes effectively.
• Collaborate with quality manager to develop project-specific quality plans.
• Identify project risks and escalate issues to senior leadership as necessary.
