Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience; Associate's degree considered with relevant experience.
• 5+ years of construction project management experience, ideally in concrete construction.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects while controlling costs and schedules.
• Excellent communication skills for building relationships with Superintendents, vendors, and clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction software such as PlanSwift, Procore, and Bluebeam.

• Conduct precise quantity takeoffs from construction documents using relevant software.
