About the Role

The Project Manager is responsible for leading the execution of data centre infrastructure projects from project award through final completion. Acting as the central point of coordination between customers, contractors, consultants, engineering teams, manufacturing facilities, and installation partners, the Project Manager ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This role combines project management, construction coordination, customer engagement, and commercial awareness within fast-paced mission-critical environments.

What You'll Do

  • Lead projects from order handoff through commissioning and closeout.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate internal engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and installation activities.
  • Conduct project bid reviews before submitting quotes, and closeout reviews once a project is completed.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, delays, and resource constraints.
  • Manage project documentation, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout packages.
  • Serve as the primary customer contact during project execution.
  • Build strong relationships with owners, consultants, contractors, channel partners, and end users.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor installation progress, quality, and safety compliance.
  • Monitor project budgets, labour costs, subcontractor expenditures, and profitability.
  • Manage change orders and support commercial discussions when required.
  • Support forecasting, revenue recognition, and project reporting.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Support customer-facing meetings and site activities, helping identify future project opportunities and contributing to business growth initiatives.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence programs.


Additional Expectation

  • Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy.
  • Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands.
  • Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System.
  • Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service.


What You'll Bring

  • Experience managing customer-facing construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and contract administration.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout Canada


Preferred

  • Experience within data centres, electrical, mechanical, telecommunications, or mission-critical infrastructure sectors.
  • Degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Architectural Technology, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • PMP designation or equivalent certification
  • Experience with AutoCAD, BIM, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar tools.
