Piper Companies is seeking a Project Manager to support a leading systems integration organization through hybrid work in San Antonio, TX. This role will oversee electronic security, access control, CCTV, fire alarm, and building technology projects supporting various data center facilities throughout the San Antonio market.
Responsibilities of the Project Manager:
• Manage security, fire alarm, CCTV, access control, and related technology projects from kickoff through completion.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and change orders.
• Coordinate customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
• Support procurement, documentation, reporting, and project closeout activities.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications of the Project Manager:
• 5+ years of project management experience in low-voltage, security, fire alarm, BAS/BMS, or related construction environments.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, customer relationships, and project documentation.
• Knowledge of access control, CCTV, fire alarm, building automation, or structured cabling systems.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with project management software and construction documentation.
Compensation of the Project Manager:
• Salary Range: $80,000 - $115,000 (based on experience)
