Job Title:Project Manager Cost Out - Procurement
Working Pattern: Full Time (This position is primarily based in a flexible office environment and follows a standard Monday through Friday work schedule, in alignment with the Rolls-Royce America Inc. Flexible Work Policy).
Working Location: Novi, MI or Aiken, SC
Relocation assistance will be provided if applicable.

Position Summary
The objective of this role is the systematic identification, analysis, and realization of sustainable cost reduction potentials across the entire supply chain. Through in depth market analyses, technical product evaluations, supplier base optimization, and effective negotiations, the position holder makes a significant contribution to the company’s profitability and competitiveness.
