We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team for ground up industrial construction in Pocatello, Idaho. We are looking for someone who understands how to run a project from preconstruction through closeout and has strong experience with ground up commercial or industrial construction. Direct experience with concrete tilt up construction is highly preferred.

This person will work closely with the Superintendent, project team, subcontractors, ownership, and leadership to keep the project moving while maintaining strong control of cost, schedule, quality, and communication.

What You'll Do:
• Manage ground up industrial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout
• Partner closely with the Superintendent to manage project schedule, sequencing, logistics, quality, and overall execution
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, cost reporting, commitments, and financial performance
• Lead subcontractor buyout, scope review, contract administration, and change management
• Manage RFIs, submittals, procurement, change orders, pay applications, and project documentation
• Coordinate closely with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, inspectors, and internal project teams
• Identify long lead materials and procurement risks early and develop plans to protect the project schedule
• Understand and coordinate major ground up scopes including sitework, underground utilities, foundations, concrete, structural systems, MEP, building envelope, and finishes
• Support planning and execution of tilt up concrete construction, including foundations, slab preparation, panel construction, erection, structural steel, roofing, and building dry in
• Lead owner and project meetings and communicate project status, risks, financials, schedule concerns, and upcoming milestones clearly
• Review drawings and specifications for constructability, scope gaps, conflicts, and potential cost or schedule impacts
• Build strong relationships with subcontractors and maintain accountability while treating our trade partners fairly
• Work closely with preconstruction and field leadership to ensure a smooth transition from estimating into operations
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure issues are addressed before they become larger problems
• Drive project closeout, punch list completion, turnover documentation, and final financial reconciliation

What You'll Bring:
• 5 or more years of commercial construction project management experience preferred
• Strong ground up commercial or industrial construction experience required
• Experience with concrete tilt up construction strongly preferred
• Experience with warehouses, distribution facilities, manufacturing, logistics, industrial facilities, or similar large ground up projects is highly valued
• Strong understanding of concrete, structural steel, site development, underground utilities, MEP systems, building envelope, and interior construction
• Experience managing multimillion dollar projects and significant subcontractor scopes
• Strong understanding of project financials, forecasting, buyout, change management, and cost control
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and schedules
• Strong subcontractor management and owner communication skills
• Comfortable working closely with both field and office teams
• Procore and construction scheduling experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred, although equivalent construction experience will be considered
