Mississauga, Ontario | Projects Across Ontario & Eastern Canada | $120,000-$180,000 + Quarterly Bonus

Industra Construction Corp. is hiring an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead complex water/wastewater, heavy civil, industrial and infrastructure construction projects across Ontario.

We're looking for a Project Manager who knows how to take ownership of a project - managing the schedule, budget, contracts, procurement, subcontractors, client relationships and site coordination required to deliver successfully.

Experience with Water/Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP), Pump Stations, Heavy Civil, Industrial, Municipal Infrastructure, Process Mechanical or similar complex infrastructure construction is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Execution

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects.
• Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring alignment with key milestones and client expectations.
• Oversee coordination between internal teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients.

Contract Administration & Documentation

• Manage all project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, and meeting minutes.
• Oversee contract administration and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records and reporting systems.

Procurement & Subcontractor Management

• Lead procurement activities including material sourcing, pricing, and subcontractor selection.
• Negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure alignment with project requirements.

Cost Control & Reporting

• Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking.
• Lead monthly reporting, progress billing, and financial reviews.
• Monitor project performance across schedule, cost, manpower, safety, and quality.

Site & Stakeholder Management

• Provide leadership and support to site teams, including Superintendents.
• Conduct site visits as required to ensure project alignment and performance.
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Experience delivering civil, industrial, infrastructure, or structural projects preferred.
• Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is an asset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Procore, or similar construction management software.
• Willingness and ability to travel to project sites as required.

Travel

This role supports projects across Ontario and may also provide support to projects throughout Eastern Canada. As a result, candidates must be willing and able to travel regularly to project sites, spending time in the field working alongside our operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Salary: $120,000-$180,000 plus Quarterly Bonus

It's ideally situated for those coming from Mississauga, Brampton, Etobicoke, and Vaughan, with a location that helps avoid heavy downtown Toronto traffic. The office is also close to Pearson International Airport, making it well-suited for project travel.
