We9re adding a Project Manager with multifamily, commercial and/or industrial experience to lead construction projects from inception to completion in our Rogers, Arkansas office. A Day in the Life: - Responsible for managerial aspects of a project including estimating, proposal preparation, contract negotiations, scheduling, budgeting, design review, and execution
- Work closely with owners and design team to develop preliminary concept drawings
- Participate in proposal meeting with owner to review the scope of work and provide value engineering ideas
- Oversee the buyout process and selection of subcontractors
- Conduct biweekly jobsite meetings
- Partner with Superintendent to ensure safety, quality control, and schedule
- Make sound decisions under tight deadlines
Necessary Qualifications: - At least 5-8+ years of project management experience in multifamily, commercial and/or light industrial projects
- Highly prefer design-build experience
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)
- Bachelor9s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field required
