Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
8-10+ years of commercial construction experience in a Project Manager or similar role.
At least 4 years managing projects valued at $2 million or greater.
Strong technical knowledge of commercial building construction methods and systems.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
Demonstrated experience in cost control, scheduling, and quality assurance.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
