Preconstruction + Collaborative Delivery: Draw on Tapani's preconstruction and estimating resources while working with owners, designers, and project partners to inform cost, constructability, procurement, schedule, and key project decisions.
Scheduling + Procurement: Develop and maintain schedules, procurement plans, work plans, and key milestones.
Field Execution: Stay connected with field leadership and crews throughout construction so decisions, information, materials, and resources support the work.
Subcontractors + Project Partners: Manage scope development, buyout, procurement, subcontractor performance, and coordination with owners, designers, and suppliers.
Team Leadership: Develop Project Engineers and other team members while supporting Tapani standards for safety, quality, accountability, and Strong Teams and Successful Projects.
