Position OverviewWeare seeking an experienced Project Manager for CommercialRestoration to oversee large-scale commercial reconstruction andrepair projects following property damage caused by fire, water,wind, storms, and other loss events.
Thisrole is responsible for managing restoration projects from start tofinish while maintaining project schedules, budgets, qualitystandards, client communication, and coordination with insurance andconstruction professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Managelarge-scale commercial restoration and reconstruction projectsfrom initiation through completion.
- Develop,monitor, and manage project budgets with a focus on cost controland profitability.
- Createproject schedules and coordinate subcontractors, trade partners,vendors, and internal field teams.
- Maintainprofessional communication with commercial clients, propertymanagers, and other project stakeholders.
- Coordinatewith estimators and insurance adjusters to ensure restorationwork aligns with the approved scope.
- Monitorproject progress, timelines, documentation, costs, and quality.
- Helpensure completed projects restore commercial properties to theirpre-loss condition.
- Maintaina high level of professionalism and customer care throughout therestoration process.
RequirementsRequired Qualifications- 5+years of commercial project management experience.
- Demonstratedexperience managing large commercial construction or restoration projects.
- Strongknowledge of the insurance restoration process.
- Experienceestimating and managing commercial restoration projects.
- Professionalproficiency with Xactimate.
- Experienceusing Microsoft Project or comparable scheduling software.
- Familiaritywith construction/project management platforms.
- Strongbudgeting, scheduling, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Abilityto coordinate multiple subcontractors, trades, and project stakeholders.
- Strongwritten and verbal communication skills.
- Abilityto work effectively in a fast-paced project environment whilemaintaining high professional and ethical standards.
