Job Title: Project Manager - Commercial Construction
Location: Lake Elmo, MN
Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt
Compensation: $100K - $130K + Bonus

Project Manager who takes ownership of their projects, communicates well with clients and subcontractors, and thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
What You'll Do: - Manage commercial tenant improvement and renovation projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, vendors and internal teams
- Manage budgets, schedules, contracts and project documentation
- Identify and resolve issues proactively to keep projects moving
- Maintain strong client relationships and serve as a trusted point of contact
- Take ownership of project performance, quality and profitability
What We're Looking For: - Commercial construction project management experience, particularly tenant improvement, renovation or interior build-out
- Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling and project financials
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
