Essential Functions: • Lead end-to-end robotic welding projects, including scope definition, planning, resource allocation, execution, and delivery on time, within scope, and on budget. • Manage multiple large-scale projects or programs simultaneously. Includes travel nationally and internationally as required by the project. • Collaborate with sales, operations, engineering, and service to drive continuous improvements so that all activities become inputs and improvements for future projects. • Identify and mitigate risks, resolve conflicts, and ensure adherence to project schedules and quality standards. • Create and maintain project schedules throughout the duration of the project for all stakeholders. • Manage stakeholder expectation and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. • Commercial review of contracts • Have an understanding of delivery incoterms • Develop and implement standard operating procedures to improve efficiency in the project processes.
