Project Manager - Client DeliveryThe OpportunityWe're seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized
Project Manager to support the successful delivery of key client engagements at Autonomize AI.
This role will work closely with our Program and Delivery teams to keep projects moving forward - coordinating across internal teams and client stakeholders, tracking deliverables and dependencies, managing project documentation, and ensuring that risks and blockers are surfaced early.
You'll be at the center of day-to-day project execution, helping bring structure and visibility to complex implementations involving AI, healthcare workflows, technology integrations, and multiple cross-functional teams.

What You'll OwnProject Planning & Execution- Support the Program and Delivery teams in managing project plans, deliverables, timelines, milestones, and dependencies across active workstreams.
- Maintain accurate project plans and tracking systems with current status, owners, priorities, and due dates.
- Track deliverables from initiation through completion and ensure commitments remain visible and on schedule.
- Coordinate activities across Engineering, Product, Clinical, AI, Customer Solutions, and client teams.
- Proactively identify delays, dependencies, and execution gaps and escalate them to the appropriate project or delivery leader.
- Help ensure projects progress according to agreed scope, timelines, and customer expectations.
Meetings & Project Coordination- Coordinate and help run daily standups, working sessions, status meetings, and other recurring project meetings.
- Prepare agendas, document key decisions, capture meeting notes, and track action items through completion.
- Follow up with owners to ensure commitments and next steps are completed on time.
- Create and maintain JIRA tickets and other project artifacts required to support execution.
- Coordinate schedules across internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Ensure project information and decisions are clearly communicated to the appropriate stakeholders.
Project Tracking & Reporting- Maintain project tracking tools such as Monday.com, JIRA, Google Sheets, and related systems.
- Prepare regular project status reports covering accomplishments, upcoming milestones, risks, blockers, dependencies, and key decisions.
- Maintain RAID logs and other project governance documentation where appropriate.
- Monitor open items and proactively flag overdue tasks or potential delivery risks.
- Help maintain clear visibility into project health for Delivery leadership and client stakeholders.
- Ensure project documentation remains organized, accurate, and accessible
UAT & Release Coordination- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution across client implementations.
- Coordinate UAT schedules, participants, test cases, issue tracking, and follow-up activities.
- Track defects and feedback identified during UAT and work with Product and Engineering teams to ensure appropriate resolution.
- Help coordinate release readiness activities and ensure dependencies are addressed ahead of planned deployments.
- Maintain visibility into open issues and communicate potential impact to project timelines.
Client & Cross-Functional Collaboration- Serve as a reliable day-to-day coordination point across internal and client-facing teams.
- Build productive working relationships with client stakeholders and internal functional teams.
- Help translate discussions and decisions into clear owners, deliverables, and next steps.
- Partner closely with Program Managers, Delivery Leads, Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Customer Solutions teams.
- Support client communications and ensure commitments, risks, and dependencies are documented and followed through.
- Help create a consistent and professional client experience throughout the engagement.
What We're Looking ForMust-Have Qualifications- 3+ years of experience in project management, implementation, client delivery, consulting, or a related role.
- Experience supporting technology, SaaS, healthcare, or enterprise software implementations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience maintaining detailed project plans, trackers, action logs, and status reports.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to follow through on commitments.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities can evolve quickly.
- Ability to identify risks and blockers early and escalate them appropriately.
Tools & Technical Familiarity- Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Monday.com, JIRA, Google Workspace, Slack, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile software development and product delivery processes.
- Understanding of UAT, software releases, issue tracking, and implementation lifecycles.
- Ability to work effectively with Engineering and Product teams and understand technical concepts at the level required to manage dependencies and timelines.
- Healthcare technology, healthcare payer/provider, AI, or enterprise SaaS experience is a plus.
