Responsibilities • Direct the planning, execution, and delivery of small to large-scale site development and municipal infrastructure projects within budget and on schedule. • Identify business development opportunities, track regional development trends, and lead proposal efforts (including scope definition and RFP assessments). • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, approval authorities, and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. • Provide technical guidance to internal design teams on grading, site servicing, and stormwater management systems. • Review technical deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to applicable municipal and provincial standards. • Oversee project finances, including fee estimation, invoicing, budget monitoring, and revenue collection. • Oversee construction contract administration and attend regular site and stakeholder meetings. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. • Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in good standing, or within six months of receiving. • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience within an engineering consulting environment. • In-depth working knowledge of the Subdivision and Site Plan Approval processes. • Strong technical foundation in municipal design, local land development standards, and hydraulic/hydrologic engineering principles. • Proven ability to manage project budgets, client communications, and multi-disciplinary project teams. • Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities.
