CR Fletcheris currently recruiting for a Project Manager/Estimator for a heavy civil company in the Rome, NY area. We are seeking a senior leader to oversee major infrastructure, environmental, and site development projects across New York and the Northeast, including work supporting the Micron semiconductor development.
Key Responsibilities- Bidding & Estimating: Prepare competitive estimates and bid proposals for public and private infrastructure projects.
- Project Management: Lead projects from award through closeout, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor management.
- Financial Oversight: Manage project financial performance, tracking cost controls, forecasting, and change orders.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between owners, engineers, subcontractors, and field operations.
Qualifications- Experience: 5+ years of heavy civil construction estimating and/or project management experience.
- Technical Expertise: Proven background in earthwork, utilities, environmental, landfill, roadway, or site development.
- Core Skills: Strong understanding of construction means and methods, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects.
Pay is $95k-$125k DOE
