Project Manager
BASIC INFORMATION:
Reporting Structure: Reports to Civic Project Manager or Principal in Charge
Classification: Salaried, Exempt
Salary Range: $100,000 - $135,000 annually DOE

Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, or a related field from an accredited program plus eight or more years of professional experience, including demonstrated project management responsibility
Architectural or interior design licensure preferred but not required
Strong understanding of the overall design and documentation process; thorough understanding of zoning, building codes, and life safety requirements
Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, schedule, and fee with full responsibility for multiple small to midsize projects
Ability to serve as primary client liaison and bring projects to completion on schedule, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction
Working knowledge of contracts, proposals, and fee estimating
Proficiency in Revit and/or firm project management systems
