Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience with a PMP certification.
• Experience in server migration to cloud hosting platforms.
• Knowledge of network infrastructure and application servers; familiarity with Oracle and WebSphere is a plus.
• Extensive experience in process optimization and change management practices.
• At least 5 years of experience in applications development.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (5+ years).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and lead small teams (3-4 people) over 6-12 month periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget for server migration to cloud hosting.
• Provide weekly or required progress reports to VSP IT management.
• Collaborate with VITA and migration partners for query resolution and task coordination.
• Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders.
• Ensure timely completion of project tasks to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with IT Division and external partners for seamless project execution.
• Implement process optimization and change management strategies.
• Lead consulting activities and facilitate project meetings.
