Tampa, FL, is seeking a highly skilled professional to lead key aviation infrastructure projects that enhance airport operations and traveler experience.
Responsibilities of Sr. Project Manager:- Project Oversight: Manage aviation construction projects from conception to completion.
- Team Leadership: Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and airport authorities.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost control throughout the project.
- Client Communication: Maintain strong communication with airport stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns.
- Compliance: Ensure all construction activities meet FAA regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience managing aviation or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- In-depth knowledge of FAA regulations, safety protocols, and airport operations.
- Proven experience managing complex budgets, schedules, and project teams.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
- A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred. PMP certification is a plus.
