Description
What the Ideal Candidate will do:
Lead domestic and international projects through all milestone phases. Construct project timelines, monitor and manage those timelines to achieve all delivery milestones.
Facilitate relationship between customer and the organization, strengthening relationship through the life of the project by providing exemplary customer service and communication.
Collaborate with team members and managers as a strategic partner to monitor project progress, budget limits, project financials, risks and opportunities, and document and drive action/recovery plans as required.
Monitor purchasing and the on-time delivery of materials and contractors.
Organize project meetings, issue minutes, track and report project progress with team members, and follow up on action items.
Assist in achieving company's strategic objectives by aligning resources with goals and pursuing opportunities that meet the departments' objectives.
Requirements
Bachelors' degree in an Engineering or Business discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience in automotive or automation industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Individuals with experience in supply chain within a manufacturing environment are also encouraged to apply.
