- Minimum of three (3) years of full-time paid work experience in healthcare administration or project management.
- Minimum of two (2) years of full-time paid work experience utilizing MS Project or a comparable project management. Experience with Cerner's Suite of Products:
- Familiarity with Cerner technology is preferred due to its widespread use in healthcare information systems.
Educational Background:
Master's degree in public health, Healthcare Policy, or an equivalent degree.
Certification:
Certification in Project Management (CAPM).
Project Management Techniques:
- Experience with planning and tracking the scope, time, and budget associated with projects.
- Security Requirements: Understanding of the security required at each stage of the project cycle.
Skills:
- Documentation and Communication: Ability to document requirements, designs, communication plans, project plans, project status, and issues effectively.
