Job Summary Fishbeck is seeking a Project Manager to join our growing Architectural Department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in planning and leading small to medium scale projects. This position includes the opportunity to get involved with a variety of project types, with a focus on the higher education, healthcare and civic/municipal markets.
Primary Functions
Assist market leader with developing fees, project work plans and schedules for proposals.
Negotiate and execute contracts with client and subconsultants.
Manage client relationship through project development and execution.
Collaborate with the design team during programming and conceptual phases.
Supervise the technical team during preparation of design development and construction documents.
Lead the coordination of in-house engineers and outside consultants.
Develop front-end specifications with input from the client.
Oversee construction administration and closeout efforts by the team.
Serve as project manager/project architect if required for as-needed work with key clients.
Minimum Physical Requirements
